The Custom Gift Frame is designed for digital photos. If you have a physical photo you'd like to frame and gift, we have two great options. First, you can frame your art online using our Mail In Service. We'll provide prepaid packaging for you to mail us your photo to frame. Second, you can visit one of our retail stores to custom frame your photo in person. Additionally, if you'd like to frame a digital copy of a physical photo, we offer scanning services in every store and would be happy to help you digitize your physical photo.
When you upload your photo, we validate the resolution to ensure it will look great when printed. Image files must have a resolution of at least 150 DPI. Need assistance with your photo file? Contact us and our team will be happy to help.
Gift packaging is included and The Custom Gift Frame arrives beautifully packaged in a luxe gift box with a matching ribbon bow.
